Babies enter the world surrounded by the hopes, dreams, joys and most importantly love of their parents, family and friends. Every parent has hopes and aspirations that their child grows in good health physically and mentally; that they live a meaningful and fulfilling life; that they develop a kind and loving heart and that they become wise and blessed with good fortune.

The Venerables of Fo Guang Shan Chung Tian Temple will bless infants and toddlers under the age of five with their parents and family so that they may live a happy and fulfilled life under the protection and guidance of the Buddha and Bodhisattvas. May their Wisdom and Compassion guide the little ones through life.
At the Buddha Birth Day Festival, we have a special Baby Blessing to ensure that your child begins life under the guidance of the Buddha's teachings and blessings. Born with true Buddha nature, we pray that your loving child will realize that nature during their life time and live in peace and harmony.
